4.- Data protection

4.1 Any information received by Gesdocument y Gestión S.A. from the users of this website by means of the on-line consultations or by sending forms and curricula vitae will be treated as strictly confidential. In the case of online consultations, this information is used exclusively to answer the queries made; while in the case of the forms sent, these are used exclusively for the selection of candidates. The information received is not used for any other purposes.

The security supervisor will implement the corresponding security methods, regarding the level of the attachment in question in order to limit the access to this information only to authorized persons.

4.2 Gesdocument y Gestión S.A. does not use cookies to access information on the site’s users. Nonetheless, it reserves the right to modify its criteria on the use of cookies.

4.3 Some of the services included on this website and, in particular, the submission of curriculum vitae forms, require the gathering of personal data. In order to provide these services, Gesdocument y Gestión S.A. needs to collect certain information from the user that it considers necessary. During the information gathering process the user is informed of the necessary nature of the same. If the obligatory data is not provided, the provision of these services is not viable.

4.4 With regard to the information gathered in the way described above, the user will be able to exercise the rights recognized by law and, in particular, the rights of access, rectification and cancellation of data, and, if appropriate, opposition to the same, as set out by the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, 1999, article 37.e) on Data Protection of Personal Character; as well as the right to revoke the consent given to the transfer of data. These rights can be exercised by the user or his/her representative by sending a written and signed request to the following address: Gesdocument y Gestión S.A., Human Resources Department, Ronda Sant Pere 17, 08010 Barcelona (Spain). The request must contain the following information: the user’s first and last name, address for notification purposes, photocopy of his/her National Identity Document or passport and specific mention of the right being exercised.

4.5 Gesdocument y Gestión S.A. will store any personal data collected and will adopt all the security levels required by the Regulation on Security Measures approved by the Spanish Royal Decree 994/199 on June 6, 1999 in order to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access. Gesdocument y Gestión S.A. will fulfill these obligations in accordance with the current legislation.
